Its headquarters and main stores are in Lakeland, Florida (809), but they also have in Alabama (77), Georgia (188), North Carolina (46), South Carolina (63), Tennessee (46), and Virginia (15). Owning so many franchises means that they also have a large number of employees (approximately 193,000 people).
Therefore, to control their information, they decided to create an online portal called Publix Passport (or Publix Oasis).
The process to login in is quite simple; below, we will explain how to do it.
How to login?
The first thing you have to know is that to access the portal, you need a user ID (usually, Human Resources will give it to you by the time they hire you). If you don’t have it yet, you must get in touch with the department.
On this portal you can see personal information about your charge in the company, your salary, working hours and other stuff.
Before starting the process, you need to make sure you have a stable internet connection. You can access from your desktop computer, laptop, or even cell phone.
Open your browser and go to: www.publix.org. Here you will see the Publix main page. You can continue by clicking on the “login” button in the upper right corner, or in the “Publix Passport” section on the left sidebar.
After that, you will see the login page. Enter your user ID (which is also called Personal Number), your password, and click the green “login” button.
Now you are ready! You can see your dashboard and review whatever you need.

You can review work-related information such as your schedule, payments, employee discounts, health plans, etc.
Can I only access from a browser?
No, you can also download the Publix mobile app and check your account on your smartphone. It is available in the Google Play Store (for Android systems) and the App Store (for iOS systems).
Can I check my Publix Passport account outside the United States?
No. If you are in another country, you will not be able to access to the Publix page or your personal account, because the portals are not internationally enabled yet.
I don’t remember my password, what can I do?
In the login page, below the green button, you can click on “Difficulty with Password?”. This option will take you to another page to create a new one.
I accessed to my account, but some features are not showing, what can I do?
- The platform may be under maintenance or updating; if that is the case, you will have to wait a few days.
- Try to delete your cache and cookies history, or use another browser.
